An Introduction to the Glorious State of Utah (2011)
Created in 2011 for the exhibition "THE PLACE THIS IS" at the Salt Lake Art Center, An Introduction to the Glorious State of Utah is an attempt to explore the state by examining it's geography, history, cultural signifiers, logos, and attractions through the expressive medium of bread dough. Contains an introduction by cartoonist Pat Bagley and an essay by scholar Catherine Taft.
