Wall Sculpture (2006 - )

Although each piece of bread dough sculpture is limited by the size of the baking sheet, the individual figures, flourishes, feathers, and plaques can be combined to form large wall sculptures.  These can be sprawling narrative works like Captains of Industry (2008), in which a diminutive race is first birthed and then tormented by a race of giants before rising up and slaughtering their oppressors as patriotic eagles circle above, or they can coalesce into monolithic totem as in Kennecott Smokestack (2011), a physical manifestation of work first begun in THIS series.
